Our story
From side project to market leader
StreamLadder started in 2021 when we noticed a gap: streaming platforms are great for long-form content, but terrible for social media. Streamers were spending hours manually clipping and editing just to stay relevant on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
We built a clip editor that made it effortless. Then we added AI-powered clipping, a content publisher, a schedule maker, an emote creator - everything a streamer needs to grow their audience beyond their live streams.
Today, over a million creators use StreamLadder. Their clips have generated over a hundred million views. And we're still a small team in Groningen - shipping fast, staying close to our users, and having a great time doing it.

We work Monday through Thursday. Four focused days, then a three-day weekend. Every week. No strings attached.
Thursday afternoons end with drinks - it's tradition. We share wins, argue about emotes, and decompress before the weekend. Our office in Groningen has the best view in town (better than Forum's rooftop, and we'll die on that hill).
We're international, English-speaking, and allergic to unnecessary meetings. If something can be a message, it's a message. If something needs a decision, the person closest to the problem makes it.
